How long will my engagement ring take to arrive?
Our rings are made to order and typically take 3–6 weeks. Australian Express shipping is 1–4 business days; international is 1–2 weeks. If you need it sooner, ask us about our ready-to-ship options.
Can I see the ring in person before I buy?
Absolutely. Our Southbank showroom is open by appointment — Level 7, 80 Dorcas Street, Melbourne. Book a private consultation and try on our collection with the help of our design team.
Can I customise the metal, carat weight, or setting?
Yes — all of our rings can be customised. Choose from 9k, 14k, or 18k yellow, white, or rose gold, or platinum. Stones range from 1ct to 5ct and any setting style can be adapted to your preference.
What if my partner's ring size is wrong?
Not a problem. We can resize most rings by up to 4 sizes, free of charge. Just get in touch after your ring arrives and we'll arrange it for you.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Every ring comes with a lifetime stone warranty. Moissanite and lab diamonds are covered for life — if your stone ever loses its fire, brilliance, or lustre, we'll replace it at no cost.
Are your moissanite stones certified?
Yes. All moissanite stones come with an internationally recognised GRC certificate. Lab diamonds are certified by IGI. Both certifications confirm the quality, cut, and characteristics of your stone.
